A full flavoured orange wine with propelling sophisticated aromas of dried quince tempered by a savoury edge. Dry, light with a mild orange peel on the nose. Pale floral taste throughout. Ripe apricots with tannin and a chalky finish. Made from 100% Catarratto which was picked in the first week of October. Spontaneously fermented on its skins for 21 days with out any additions, temperature control or sulphur additions. An explosive wine of power and interest. Complex, wild, natural funk with beautiful bouquet of roasted peaches, nuts and honeyed fruits. Paired well with rich dishes.
