Marje Skin Contact Wild Golden Ale

Ida Pruul is very quietly making some of the best wild fermented beers in the country, very, very quietly. Ben Sewell likes the secrecy, so with every release there’s an almost childlike happiness in opening them for the first time. This is a collaboration with a well loved winemaker that we stock, Defialy. The wild ale is rested on the Pinot Gris pomace, giving it a blood orange, campari like twang. Plenty of feral here too, a fun beer.
