2021 Maskerade Rosé 1L

This lovely rosé is crafted from a co-planting of Blaufrankisch and Zweigelt. The grapes are partially destemmed, and partially direct pressed. It finishes fermentation in old Austrian oak before being bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulphur. Notes of watermelon, cranberry and cucumber wrapped up in a subtle earthiness.
