Geyer - 2020 Rosé

A happy marriage of Grenache Franc (85%) from Barossa Valley) and Cabernet Franc from Mclaren Vale. The Grenache was whole bunch fermented while the Cabernet Franc was destemmed and gently extracted over 10 days. The two bedfellows partied in old oak for 5 months before being bottled without fining or filtration. A dry rose that ticks all the boxes – juicy, crunchy, fruity, elegant and a tad savoury. Deep in colour and flavour. Rose or light red? Who cares, it's delicious.
