A pin prick of the Jura in this one. Textured, electric, oxy Chardonnay. Fruit from a single-site in the Piccadilly Valley, home of nervy, cool climate fruit. Whole bunch pressed and lots of movement on solids, giving it a savoury, oily mouthfeel. An interesting little wine if we ever did see one. They are an exploration into the fertile soils of the ancient Barossa, providing a fresh perspective on the more traditional drinking styles of this region.
