Frankly Bob Made This - 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

 Working from his shed in Blackheath, Bob Coleman makes tiny quantities of honest wines using fruit hand picked from organic and biodynamic vineyards in NSW, fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled unfiltered with zero additives. This is a quirky not-your-usual Cabernet – biodynamic fruit hand destemmed and fermented to dry, after which Sauvignon Blanc skins were added for a day or two, before being pressed together. This gives the wine a lovely lift. You know what they say – once you go Bob, you never go back ;)
