We remember visiting Bob in his Blackheath shed way back before he was Frankly Bob, and before we were Winona. Party. It's early picked Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from Orange. Straight whole-bunch pressed to old French oak, wild fermented in wood until almost dry and blended to tank. Six months on full lees and then disgorged. A further six months in bottle and...Bob's your uncle.
