We got herbs, we got fruit, almost like a delicate peach salad, doused with pure olive oil and garnished with basil and mint. In a wine? Revolutionary. Verdelho, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, marsanne. All grapes here were destemmed and fermented separately for a month before being pressed to puncheons.
