Two brothers making wine in Margaret River. They hand pick top quality fruit grown by farmers who respect the land, and employ traditional hand-made winemaking techniques to produce pure and expressive potions that hum with the humility of their origins. The duo's 2018 'The Murray' is the coming together of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Petit Verdot, hand-picked from Wilyabrup and wild fermented together. The fruit bonded in a basket press and hung-out in barrel with no additions. It's exactly what you want – delicate fruit and tight acidity. Only 1560 bottles made.
