Kaos is the wine that Davide and his team give in to their inner proclivities and visions - however it is also named for the 5 days of skin contact. Vines up to 120 years old, 750m above sea level. Don’t let us tell you how it tastes, experience the Etna magic for yourself. Davide Bentivegna had no previous experience or family land when he decided to move to Mount Etna and start a winery for himself, it all had to be created from scratch. From day one the approach was to an organic farming and natural winemaking. A winning combination of business acumen and environmental sensitivity meant that he soon established not only vines, but olives for oil, apples for cider and a thriving eco-tourism company that shares the wonders of Etna with visitors whilst supporting his truly artisanal winemaking vision.
