How we love Pete Dredge from Tasmania. He is one third of the Brian wines, makes wine for Meadowbank and also somehow finds time to do his own release under the label, Dr. Edge. The wines always retain an electric acidity yet concentrated fruit purity, Pete knows when to pick and he knows when to let the fruit do the talking in the cellar. Nice to see these more modern styles of wine be truly age worthy too.
