Tinto is crafted with organic Shiraz from Osmington, simply harvested in the cool morning light. Whole bunches were wild fermented in open bins then basket pressed off to tank. No additions, finings nor filtration, with very minimal sulphur. It's made in the young nouveau style; ripe and ready to be enjoyed with friends, family and lovers. Medium bodied, singing with slinky fruits and sensual spice. Jo Perry does it again.
