Das Juice - 2020 Maceration
"Our skin contact wine is a blend of Arneis (Peters Creek Vineyard; organic), Sauvignon Blanc (Brackenwood Vineyard; certified biodynamic) and Riesling (Brackenwood Vineyard; certified biodynamic). Grapes were all hand picked on the same day before being de-stemmed and spent 16 days on skins before pressing where long slow natural ferment took place in tank. Finished with a small sulphur addition prior to bottling." – Das Juice
