Das Juice - 2019 Das Juice SSSB
A sunshine blend of Semillon (60%), Savignin (5%) and Sauvignon Blanc (35%) from two vineyards in the Adelaide Hills (Magpie Springs and Brackenwood). The grapes are crushed, left for a few days on skins to build phenolics then pressed to tank for a slow ferment. Slumbered in tank on full lees for 6 months before being twice racked and bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulphur. A herbal hello takes you to an isle of tropical fruits where the warm sun prickles your neck and the crisp breeze washes over you like a dream.
