Michel Théron family’s estate is in Languedoc Roussillon (Minervois) but he moved to Bordeaux to be with his partner, Stephanie Destruhaut, and they found a small plot in Arsac, amidst the Margaux appellation. The pair produced their first wine in 1994 from a small parcel they bought in 1993. It was to be the first of many vintages to follow.
