It was only a matter of time before the glorious and cheeky Aaron Fenwick, stalwart and co-owner of the natural wine mecca Summertown Aristologist, applied all of those years serving and chatting booze to making the good stuff. Surrounded by the loving and knowledgeable winemaking community within the Adelaide Hills, Aaron takes fruit from a number of sites that are favoured by some of our faves, including cult maker/grower, Anton Van Klopper of Lucy Margaux. He now works intimately with van Klopper, in the cellar and additionally planting over 6000 vines around the Basket Range, these which will become the focus of the label in the coming years. The wines are all about fun, experimentation, accessibility and community.
