Cervisiam began assaulting the Norwegian beer market after entering the competitive homebrewing circuit and receiving top accolades. Their beers don’t fit the well-known formula of water, hops, barley, and yeast – instead, they model their grist profile on mouthfeel and texture. Really wild stuff.
