Sometimes fizzy drink can feel like a big hug. Ceppanat is made by Piccolo Podere del Ceppaiolo Winery, and is an ode to fun, fresh sparkling wine made from grapes Trebbiano, Malvasia Bianca Lunga, Uva Pecora, Grechetto and Verdello. In order to get the most from the fruit, its aged in fiberglass tanks for 8 months and a following refermentation in the bottles, no addition of sulphites.
