Wildness reigns throughout this wine. Grenache with a thumbprint of carignan thrown in. Lots of farm smells - morning, barnyard, dew. Cherry jam, violets, anise, all lassoed with a belter rope of acidity. Bruno owns just four hectares spread over four areas in Collioure, all on decomposed schistose soils at an altitude of around 300m.
