Brave New Wine - 2020 Pi’Oui Pinot Noir

"Porongurup Pinot Noir from Zarephath this year with also a contribution from Abbey Creek Vineyard just down the road, which has a sexy, light aromatic vibe. Hand picked, part whole bunch long carbonic then foot stomped and fermented in open top oak fermenter, remainder hand destemmed and fermented as whole berries. 100% natural fermentation and malo. Basket pressed to older oak for 12 months. Unfined, unfiltered and no additions besides a very small addition of SO2 at bottling.

Bright ruby red hue. Smells sexual. Sarsaparilla, briar, raspberry and cherry. Savoury but sexy slippery mouthfeel." – Brave New Wine
