So this time we decided to trial a technique new to us, dip hopping, with an ingredient we had only used once before, @yakimachief new hot side Citra extract, YCH702.
We're pretty stoked with the results. Forest Dweller has a solid backbone of orange, lemon, lime & red berries from the YCH702 dip hop, backed up by strong pine, grapefruit & herbal characters from the Chinook and Waimea" – Bracket Brewing
