Building our own winery gave us the freedom to take on new parcels of grapes and try new things in the winery. This is a blend of two outstanding, well-farmed properties that we’ve not previously made wine from. They’ve each brought new flavours and facets into our wines and it’s a thrill to be able to share the finished wine with you.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (65%) from Steels Creek’s Blackwood Hill and Shiraz (35%) from Seville Estate. Aromatic, bright, medium bodied, fresh and generous. Raspberry, currant, plum, spice and herbal notes, cool and juicy in the palate."
