Introducing a special Winona release: ‘I Yam What I Yam’ is a magical marriage of Pinot Gris, Chenin & Sauv Blanc from Ben & Naomi Gould’s biodynamic Wilyabrup farm, where grapes thrive amongst veggie gardens, beehives & chooks poking around the vines. Fruit was wild fermented on skins, and bottled unfined/unfiltered. This is such a benevolent wine, beaming with summer stone fruits, almond blossom & orange oil, enveloped in mouth-watering tannin and crunchy autumn leaf texture. A white t-shirt wine that pairs with EVERYTHING. Snags? Perfect. Dahl? Do it. Crème Brûlée? Absolutely. Air? For sure.
