Blasta’s Steve Russell has been refining Big Brekkie Of Champs over the last few years for this highly anticipated winter-esque release. It is on the lighter side of an imperial ale, but still with a hefty amount of alcohol, it’s made up of six malts, coffee, maple syrup, cacao and vanilla. Breakfast! Or dessert. Your pick. Rich and opulent and kind of a nostalgic kick back to when lots of craft breweries were making dessert like beer.
