One of the few “tolerable” things to come out of the pandemic was our falling tail over trotter for the accessible, delicioso bottled cocktail. Started by cocktail whiz Ed Loveday and now fully run by tequila savant Reece Griffiths, the idea was to craft cocktails that use seasonal produce, high quality spirits and sit bang on trend. A recipe for refreshment indeed.
