De-stemmed fruit fermented on skins for 6 months then blended with direct press shiraz. We love the kindhearted duo behind Benson and the Mooch. Benson and Joel (the Mooch) are based on the Central Coast, but they get their fruit from a gorgeous biodynamic vineyard in Canowindra.
