2023 'Fizz' Pétillant Naturel

Clean, crisp and thirst-quenching, this fizzy friend is a whole lotta fun. Heaps of citrus, with some circus. Yes. Rides and clowns. That's how fun this wine is. It's organic Sauvignon Blanc from Freeman Vineyard in Hilltops. Fruit was pressed directly to stainless steel where it wild fermented and was then bottled with some residual sugar. Undisgorged, unfined, unfiltered and preservative free.
