A bloody terrific highland tequila Crafted from high altitude weber blue agave grown on the lands of Master Tequilero, Arq. Enrique Fonseca, in the highlands of Jalisco. Cooked, crushed, fermented, and double distilled in copper. Made the right way, with only sustainable agave (no immature agave), no non-agave fermentation sugars, no diffuser, and no additives. It'd clean, crisp and pure with enough flava for sipping and versatility for mixing. It tastes of cooked agave with glimmers of sweetness, finishing with a little alcoholic nibble and some black pepper. Can't go wrong with this one.
