Bright, fresh and pretty, like you once were. This all-rounder is full of cherry berry goodness, hints of Mediterranean herbs and notes of black pepper, with a little zing to keep you on your toes. It’s so moreish, one litre is NOT enough.
Ampeleia is a side project of legendary winemaker Elisabetta Foradori, Ampeleia is located in Tuscany on the Colline Metallifere (Metal hills) – mineral-rich hills that have been mined since Etruscan times. The estate spans different plots of land at different altitudes, each vineyard boasting a distinctive identity. Since 2009 the vineyards have been farmed biodynamically and all work is done entirely by hand. The wines are fermented in cement, slowly and naturally, and are neither fined nor filtered.
