Amo Vino is a winemaking project, part of a small new-wave group of producers in the region passionate about farming with lower yields and higher quality grapes from all of the AMAZING Italian varieties planted across South Australia. Ashley Ratcliff from Ricca Terra farms, is mostly responsible for this, he is a guru of alternate grape varieties in Australia. Together he and Tim Stock (Les Fruits, Les & Sez) came up with this affordable, Italo inspired range.
