Alice and Olivier are well recognised and revered in the natural wine world. Working with plots and vines based in some of the most enviable wine producing sites - Chablis, Chitry and Saint Bris. Alice and Olivier vinify their wines in Courgis, north west of Dijon. Olivier has always drawn the labels himself too. The wines have a clarity, a sense of wholeness, a sense of themselves. Nice to drink wines that know who they are. These wines sell out very quickly, too quickly a lot of the time (we like drinking them too!) so be quick.
