2021 'Blanc' Sauvignon Blanc

Sauvignon Blanc, 75% whole bunch pressed and 25% 5-day maceration on skins. 100% old barrel and puncheon ageing for 11 months then conditioned in bottle for a further 6 months. Minerality, texture and elegance with botanic, tropical and citrus fruit notes and a long acid drive. Unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites.
