Salted Plum and Ginger

An interesting take on new wave spirits. They took out 75% of the alcohol from full strength spirits, then infused it with native extracts like strawberry gum and natural ingredients like desert lime puree and yuzu juice. Rather than artificial sweeteners, a little organic cane sugar. This creates a full-bodied taste with only 10% alc/volume (ABV). Mix it all up with some of your other favourite sodas or tonics or shrubs or liqueurs! Fun.
