Yuzushu

Callipos and happiness. The quest for Yuzushu ends here. Kounotsukasa is set in the high hills of Aichi with one of the purest water sources in all of Japan. The yuzu is grown by locals and is all farmed organically. The label features a picture of their young daughter and will change in the coming years as they get older. Serve chilled with ice or as a highball with soda.
