Manon - 2018 Petillant Naturel
"A pink 50/50 blend of Chardonnay (that would normally be Geoponika) and Pinot Noir from our Nori block. Crushed by foot and then basket pressed. This wine was bottled a few weeks after picking then rested on full lees for 15 months. Hand disgorged in the winter then followed with a further 9 months resting till now … The first and last (?) pet nat made by us for the unseeable future." – Manon
