Made from biodynamic grown Chardonnay using the Champagne method with very strict specifications, this is an aperitif par excellence. Fine and delicate bubbles tap dance around your mouth to aromatic tunes white flowers, citrus fruits and golden apple. Insane freshness, and tingling minerality. The Crémant is aged for at least 12 months on lees, delivering hints of soft brioche. Grab a half doz of oysters and you're laughing.
