Aptly named after the ‘bang' or 'pop’ of a balloon, this fizzy ticks every box. The wine is crafted from a Glera clone from Northern Italy planted in the Murray Darling – a region similar in climate to that of Northern Italy, allowing Mediterranean varietals to thrive.
