Simple and delicious, like the best of us. Shiraz from both Central Ranges (organic) and Hilltops (in conversion to organic). All wild fermented in stainless with a good amount of lees solids to build weight, and texture. Central Ranges produces concentrated fruit flavours, while Hilltops delivers leaner, prettier spice characters. When combines together, the clouds align and the rose shines. No added sulphur.
