SEEDLIP - Garden 108

The days of lime and soda, or sugary carbonated drinks are over, friends!

Over three hundres years ago, it was common for physicians to distil herbal remedies using copper stills, harnessing the power of nature and alchemy to solve medical maladies. In 1651, one such physician, John French, published The Art of Distillation documenting these non-alcoholic recipes. When Ben Branson stumbled across French’s forgotten recipes centuries later, he began experimenting with them in his kitchen – using a small copper still and herbs from his garden. And, well, the rest is hitsory.

Garden 108 is a floral blend of hand-picked peas and homegrown hay from Ben's farm, with traditional garden herb distillates in celebration of the English countryside. The name '108' refers to the average number of days it takes to sow, grow and hand-pick their peas. Serve with Indian tonic and a sugar snap pea garnish, or mis to create non-alcoholic cocktails.
