2019 'Manchester Ridge' Pinot Noir

Megan and James are a bit obsessed with Pinot, and the couple really know the ins and outs of it as a variety. Made from two clones and fermented with a portion of whole cluster, this Pinot was pressed to neutral barriques and matured for 12 months. Rather than getting tied up in the somewhat stiff tradition that the H.V. is known for, they are experimental whilst still maintaining refinement in their wines. We are big fans.
