2021 Chenin Blanc
Always a little skins, to really lean into the fleshiness and aromatics of the variety, but all liveliness here. Nashi pear, drizzles of honey on jasmine flowers, green apple. So much lift! Energy! A wonderful wine that delights vintage after vintage.
Dan Graham has really changed the way we look at Barossa wine. The name comes from his great grandfather, around whom the brand is somewhat based around. Graham spent many years in commercial wineries, which is clear in the technical skill behind his wines, but has a deep passion for minimal intervention and organic fruit, a coupling not often seen in this region. They are the least divisive wines we’ve ever stocked, there’s something to honour everyone’s palate in these expressive, thoughtful and simply delicious wines.
