The nuttiness weaves in and out, moving into the biscuity malt spirit influence. Very full body, and a waxy, gliding texture. The wonderful medley of fruit on the nose leads the way (fruit cocktail in syrup), with white peach being the showstopper. Marshmallows, Clinkers, musk sticks, the white part of liquorice all sorts, and a delicate lemon marmalade supporting the fruity elements with a confection theme. Olives in brine give a nice structural edge.
