Yuzu Kosho

One of our favourite condiments. Yuzu Kosho. Say no more. All natural and additive-free, this flavour-packed paste is crafted in Japan from fresh green chillies and the rind and juice of the fragrantly tart yuzu. Fresh, fiery and salty, it can be served with raw fish or used as a marinade for prawns and grilled meats. Add to broths and soups, or mix into sour cream or mayonnaise to serve with tempura. Enjoy with dumplings! So, so many uses. The world is your kosho. 50g
