That was all the motivation they needed to produce a traditional, unfiltered, bottle fermented farmhouse cider made using only apples and yeast.
Two Metre Tall are first farmers and then makers. They brew farm ales & ciders in very small batches using farm grown ingredients from their own property in the Derwent Valley of Tasmania, as well as using ingredients sourced directly from farmers across the state. Barrel ageing, spontaneous fermentations, experimentation and everything in between.
